After you submit the pre-registration form the connection is usually live within 12 to 48 hours. Where our fibre already runs in your area most connections are completed the same day; if a new line has to be drawn it can take a little longer.

You will need a dual-band gigabit router. A router with a standard 100 Mbps port cannot deliver more than 100 Mbps, so you would not get the full benefit of the 120 Mbps package.

Yes. Every one of our packages comes with unlimited data — we do not throttle your speed after a certain amount of usage.

This content is cached inside the country, so Facebook, YouTube and movie or series downloads and streaming are far faster and free of buffering. Our network is connected to the IX and we run our own FTP and streaming servers.

Our home plans run from 30 Mbps to 120 Mbps, and office / SME customers can choose between 200 and 250 Mbps. The current monthly price and installation cost of every plan are listed in the Packages section. Every plan has unlimited data, and there are no hidden charges beyond the bill.
